The SimpleEDO PATH™ Framework

The SimpleEDO PATH™ is the foundation of everything we teach. It guides professionals through a clear, compassionate process for adopting AI without jargon, overwhelm, or hype. Every course, certification, and coaching program inside the School follows this framework.
The AI Workflow Expert (AIWE) Certification
This is a nine-hour, belt-style program (Grey through Black) designed to help leaders integrate AI into their role with increasing sophistication:
- Grey Belt: Mapping your role inside your organization
- White Belt: Understanding what AI can do in your specific role
- Yellow Belt: Using AI for goal-setting and action plans
- Orange Belt: Adaptive learning (learning anything new on demand)
- Green Belt: Partnering with AI for critical thinking
- Blue Belt: Systems thinking and agentic AI preparation
- Purple Belt: Creating AI workflows to replace redundant tasks
- Brown Belt: Designing multi-role processes across departments
- Black Belt: Tool and deliverable hacking
Graduates of this program are certified to not only use AI workflows, but also to design them for their organizations.

About the Founder
Katie Milton Jordan, MBA, is the Founder & CEO of SimpleEDO.ai and a nationally recognized AI Transformation Expert.
Katie’s work in direct economic development leadership builds on a foundation of business ownership, entrepreneurship, and leadership science—equipping her to connect both communities and individuals with real-world execution.
Her expertise is backed by a diverse set of professional and academic credentials, including:

Through SimpleEDO.ai, Katie has trained leaders across the U.S., launched the AI Performance School, and developed the SimpleEDO PATH™ framework for practical, human-centered AI adoption. She also runs TheTownie.ai, a grassroots proving ground for hyperlocal, AI-enabled economic development.
